    3. I have had so many people tell me that they learned more from Leslie than they had in a very long time. After we have researched for awhile, then it becomes such old hat, that I feel we begin to forget our basics. But Leslie certainly did motivate many of us who have researched for so long. And that is great for we needed that. I thought she was great - and she enjoyed herself, being happy to come back anytime she can. Thought the vege trays were a nice touch and went over well, as same as the fruit trays. We worked as a society to clean up ad that was so beneficial to EWGS. Personally I was very comfortable with the place. Hope all felt the same. Bette

    3. Well I really thought there were more than three people on the list at the seminar Saturday. I had a good time also, and my family was in Campbell County Tennesse also. My Campbells and Vanderpools came from North Carolina, and the Lo(w)es and Swopes from Pensylvania and West Virginia all to Campbell County Tennessee and then they all went with James Moad to Ray County Missouri. Saturday night Jacque and I went to the symphony and after that I checked my Vanderpool file and sure enough, I had an Ali Smith, and a bunch more Smiths all from this area. Sent her an E-Mail. I did think the sack lunch idea was good, and the church has a good meeting room. Did like the vege and fruit trays also. Charles

    3. Well, I, too, thought the seminar was wonderful. Not only was Leslie extremely well rehearsed for her talk, she was extremely prepared and experienced. I can't think of one single person who could not have benefited from her talks. Not only was she experienced, she articulated in such a way that she was understandable and very helpful with questions. I am in hopes that everyone else was so motivated with her talk and helpful information on other avenues of research that we can have her back again - maybe next year. For those who missed this seminar -- I hope you won't miss another. Super!!!
