OK - EWGS members (and non-members). Just a reminder that at the beginning of each general meeting, we have a short auction of books. These books are donated by other members (and non-members) to our society for the purpose of this auction. Monies generated from these auctions go into the General Fund to help in whatever area needed. If you have genealogically related books you no longer need/want, please let me know. I would need to know the Title of the Book, Author, A bit about the book please. Because there must be a time limit for this event, I would let you know in advance that your book(s) would be auctioned at a particular meeting. Then I would ask you to bring the book(s) to the meeting designated and given to either Donna Potter Phillips or me, Ruby Simonson McNeill. That way they wouldn't be lost, or having to be in anyone's home. I hope you will look around at your books and make a decision to donate some for this fun auction. I have personally given several so far and will do so in the future. Soooooooooo - if you want to get in on the fun and go home with a book you don't already have, be sure and come to the meetings. Remember, you don't have to be a member to come to the meetings but I know you would want to actually belong to our Society. We are educational as well as fun!!!
