For those that do not remember this, about a year ago I received a request from the Family History Library to help update the Washington State Research Outline. The reason I got the request was because they thought our Bulletin was one of the best they had seen. (Thanks Doris). I asked Doris and Juanita for some help and they came up with several great sources. When I finished the copy Doris proofread it and I sent it in, so I think Doris deserves part of the thanks also.
