Hi all - One of the fairly new things I have been using is the free Web browser from Mozilla. Our own webmaster, Treena - has recommended it highly. There was a nice article on it in Newsweek on 24 Jan 2005 and so far more than 17 million people have downloaded it. Article said that "lately users have been abandoning Internet Explorer, the browser that Microsoft built to go with its own operating system." The new browser is called "FIREFOX" and I can attest to its friendly and good browsing. I really do like it and have been using it now for about three months. Also Treena advised me to not check the box on statements when you sign in to different sites - in other words - do not check the box "remember my password". She thinks it is dangerous. Check on the EWGS web site often and see just how much Treena does for us. PLUS you keep up on what is going on as far as to the society schedule. Just a few thoughts - Bette Bette
