Bette Topp received this E-Mail today and asked me to pass it on: From Dennis Fredrickson, Spokane Library: "Bette - I wanted to alert you to the Town Hall Meeting at the Downtown Library on Tuesday, November 9 in meeting room 1a at 5:30. It will be about the library's budget and schedule changes and open hours for all branches. It is an opportunity for your membership to make suggestions to the library board regarding hours and express how you regard the importance of the Downtown Library." To all the list - thus town hall meeting will be at 5:30 and the miltary class on War of Mexico begins at 6:30 on Tuesday the 9th. I hope that many of you will attend so that the library will see how important it is for us to keep "our home". Otherwise, we may not have a place for EWGS meetings....Please do make the effort.
