Looks like we will get Saturdays, the board voted for Senario #2 which is 5 days downtown, 3 days Shadle and South Hill and 2 days Hillyard, East Side and Indian Trail, BUT there was one objection Rick White wanted the staff to see if it could possibly be worked out that Hillyard and East Side the two very low income neighborhoods could have 3 days each even if it means cutting another day downtown. So the next thing to vote on was which days each would be open and they tabled that till next Monday November 22 at 3pm so the staff can check to see if there is any way to open Hillyard and East Side another day. Problem is this means several people do not fit into a 40 hour week so this may not be possible man power wise. Jan said if they go to 5 days downtown it looks like they will cut Monday, not sure what will happen if they go to 4 days downtown.
