Hulett, who died in Malone, N.Y., Thursday, were held today in Brookside cemetery here.   Mrs. Hulett was the widow of Curtis Hulett, Chester native, who died in 1925.   She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Norman Johnson of Bombay, N.Y.
