    3. Becky, What wonderful information! Thank you! I hadn't even known Eli Plant married a second time! Ann Mensch also suggested I check Weathersfield for the marriage of the daughter of Eli Plant and Sarah (Stent/Stint) Plant. I have emailed the Town Clerk of Weathersfield but may call her Friday if I haven't heard back from her by then. The daughter, Rhoda Stent Plant, married Abel Baldwin, Jr. and they are my direct line ancestors. In the mean while I have found Eli Plant on the Census for Weathersford from 1800 through 1840. 1800 Weathersfield, Windsor Co., Vermont: Eli Plant 10110 - 2201 1810 Weathersfield, Windsor Co., Vermont: Eli Plant 10001 - 01210 1820 Weathersfield, Windsor Co., Vermont: Eli Plant 01010100101 - 0200000000000 - 5 1830 Weathersfield, Windsor Co., Vermont: Eli Plant 100110001 - 110010001 1840 Weathersfield, Windsor Co., Vermont: Eli Plant 1210010001 - 001101001 You and Ann, and the others, who have graciously helped me are so appreciated! Thank you again! Thank you ALL! Sincerely, Anna Bertram (In Middle Tennessee) Becky Tucker wrote: You may want to check Weathersfield records, as Eli Plan and Sarah (Stent/Stint) Plant were early settlers in Weathersfield near the border of Cavendish. Their cellar hole remains in the woods along the old Crown Point Road. He was in Wea. as early as 1793 and up through 1813, according to Butterfield's Inhabitats of Weathersfield Vt 1760 - 1813. They are buried in the Plain Cem in Weathersfield, as is his second wfe Nancy and daughter Electa. Becky Tucker
