Married Abigail Briggs, dau of Nathaniel Briggs of Keene. Married twice but wives names not mentioned....and had 11 children - ------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOURSE, Benjamin: original name Nurse--born in Rutland,Mass 1744; married Merch Stevens [English] ; lived in Packersfield {Roxbury,Mass] until after the Rev.War and moved to Keene,NH had 13 children. Benjamin and Mercy died the same day in 1840. - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- - --------------------------------------- NOURSE, Phineas: son of Benjamin and Mercy; born 1775; married Anna Thompson of Keene. Phineas ad Mercy lived in Littleton,NH for 15 years, and returned to Keene. they also had 13 children.
