Helen - I really recommend the Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock - it is a working farm and also has a large museum of old farm tools and equipment, and a house restored to 1890 - website at <www.billingsfarm.org>. One could well spend a whole day there, if possible - we were there for half a day and missed a lot; my daughter (age 6 at the time) loved it and so did all the adults.
