Photo of Ex Gov Carlos Coolidge born in Windsor June 25, 1792; graduated from Middlebury College; began the practice of law at Windsor in 1814; represented th town of Windsor from 1834 to 1837 and from 1839 to 1843; was Speaker in 1836 and from 1839 to 1843; Governor of Vermont in 1848 and 1849; Senator from Windsor County in 1854 and 1855. He died Aug 15, 1866. 2. Carlos Coolidge elected Deacon June 8, 1853, resigned Nov 13, 1858. Harriet B. Cooldidge d. April 9, 1877. 3. During the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Wjheeler he kept records until Nathan Coolidge was elected in Oct. Carolos Coolidge served in this office from Oct 1833 to January 1855. 4. Reference to Nathan and Sunday School 5.
