Source,Rutland Herald--Thur. May 25,1933 DANA F. JOHNSON. CHESTER, May 24--Dana Frederick Johnson, 73, died at his home here last night. He was born in Winhall, August 21, 1849, and had conducted a harness business here for 49 years. He was able to go to his shop every day until two or tree weeks ago. He was the son of of Solomon and Bethany (Cressey) Johnson. He is survived by his widow,who before her marriage in Jamaica November 28, 1872, was Miss Emily Kingsbury; a daughter, Mrs. Addie Hindes, and two grandsons.
