Janice Jordan Silas Marsh of Western (I believe this refers to Warren MA) and Joanna Powers of Hardwick MA married on Aug 4 1787. Later marriage of Silas Marsh of Western and Hannah Weeks of Hardwick MA on April 18 1802. Baptism of Joanna Powers, Sarah Powers and William Powers children of William and Elizabeth Powers on Nov 24 1771 in Hardwick MA. Marriage of William Powers (of Hardwick MA) and Elizabeth Whitcomb (of Rochester) on Nov 16 1758 in Rochester. Record in Hardwick MA also. This is from Massachusetts Vital Records to 1850. In 1765 part of the Town of Hardwick was annexed to Greenwich. In the 1930s, Greenwich was one of 4 towns taken by the state to create a water supply for Boston and other towns in MA.
