I would love to be able to do "here are all the (SURNAME)" lookups, but both from lack of time and in order to encourage others to buy the book from which I am working, I have to limit what I offer to specific names. I have found that when I violate my own rule I end up being buried by a load of "in case there might be" queries, and can't give proper attention to those with specific people they are trying to track down.
