I also want to remind everyone that promoting sites that sell things, ask for donations, or in other ways involve the exchange of funds, is a gray area that many RootsWeb list admins regard as prohibited commercial activity. I usually ignore posts that are only slightly off topic, or which are only marginally commercial. However, I have put some subscribers on "moderate" who have made a habit of such posts. That means they are free to participate in the list, but the "list robots" will ask me to approve each message before it gets posted. For the great majority of you, this has no impact.
