    3. Hi, Bonita, If you want to read microfilm of Vermont (or anyplace else) there must be a Family History Library (LDS) somewhere near Phoenix, AZ. It is possible to access the library catalog online by going to www.familysearch.org or the people at the library should be able to help you.
