We could all understand if that were the case. When I initially bought these things at an auction I did so to keep them out of the hands of dealers with the intention of getting them in the hands of a a historical society or scanning them and putting them on a website. Unfortunately I never got around to doing either one. I always wanted to be a procrastinator but never got around to it. What I think I will do is get the records out and post the names on the records to the list. My scanner is in storage in West Lebanon NH. I am going up there on Tuesday with the intention of getting my junque out of storage. Most of it is my book collection. Something like 40 boxes, but will get my PC, monitor and scanner and some furniture. I am on my laptop right now. Then when I get home and get things set up scan the records and make them available to who ever is interested. I also have pictures of tombstones from all over Windsor Co which I did when I was volunteering at _www.raogk.com_ (http://www.raogk.com) . Do you think I should list those too? They are on the computer in storage. There are some Darling and Washburn I think from Montpelier too. Two summers ago I photographed tombstones for the Hartland Historical Society. They are on the website for the Hartland Historical Society. Bear with me and I will see what I can do. 3. Dear Jim, Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated. Due to the kindness of a stranger I discovered that my 3rd great grandmother, Sarah Mitchell Smead (whose husband was born in Windsor, VT) was declared insane in Saratoga County, NY in 1844. Someone had simply come across the Lis Pendens with that declaration and sent it to me. So, one never knows what one might find in legal documents!!! Thank you for your response. 3. Jim, You wrote: I also have pictures of tombstones from all over Windsor Co which I did when I was volunteering at _www.raogk.com_ (http://www.raogk.com) . ANYTHING of historical interest to Windsor County would be well received and appreciated, including the tombstones. Thanks! Anna Bertram
