Bicester in 1605, m. there 22 October 1625, Mary West [****This has since been corrected to Mary Swift]. -2nd generation Willam [1605] -father was Roger, of Bicester, Oxfordshire, England; m. 2 November, 1601, Joane Franklin, and died there 3 December 1608; his widow m. 10 January, 1611, Marcus Brian of Merton, a neighboring parish, who died at Bicester in 1620. Roger Sumner had a brother William, who d. at Bicester in 1597.
