Hi Everyone, I am looking for evidence that my ancestor, Amos Hayden, was in Bethel prior to 1846 when he was married there. I have lost his whole family (father Luke, mother Lucy) from 1832 when they were in Rutland, VT to 1846 when Amos shows up in Bethel. No 1840 census info, no land transfers in Rutland. Are there any tax records in Bethel? Nancy
Thanks for checking.
