I have checked with the Berwick Grants and they do not have an Ebenezer. I have thoroughly checked out the Peter Grants of Maine-Nada, James Grants of Maine-Nada, Matthew Grants of Conn-Nada. Surprisingly Mass, had few Grants and I have checked them out too-nada. Ebenezer was married to a Sarah/Sally and while living in Ovid Seneca co. NY, they had Hiram, Truman, Hulda, William and my John in 1830 and George in 1833 after they had moved to Raisinville Monroe Co. Mich. Steve
