Eleazer WHITNEY was probably born in Massachusetts, about 1755-1758. He died 10 June 1840 in Halifax, Windham Co., VT. He was married on 3 Aug. 1784 in Halifax to Martha CROSIER. He served in the Revolutionary War from Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA and received a pension. I have been unable to find a birth for him anywhere in Worcester County by using the CD for that county.
