Its the same name, just that some started spelling it differently at an early date between Mass. and Vermont, if this is your family. If anyone is not aware, there were several books written about Rehoboth in the 1950's, I think, titled "Early Rehoboth"and especialy the last one has much information on the Redway family. Then go to the records of Putney at the LDS family centers and you will be able to find out much on the Redway/Radway families of Putney, Vermont. Rita
