I'd like to know where to obtain a copy of a death certificate from 1996, the person died in Windham Co. Townshend Vt. Second, I'd like to try and locate an obituary for this person. Any suggestions? Newspapers? Will the local library do a look up? Are there any volunteers? Thank You for any help and or suggestions. Yvonne
