I've never done it, but I think if you go to www.vitalrec.com and get info on the various court districts, you can find out the address of the appropriate district probate court. All I would know is to write the court. One such address is: Marlboro District Probate Court, West River Road/ P.O. Box 523, Brattleboro, VT 05302. Phone 802-257-2898. Hours M-F 8-12, 1-4:30.
