Hello, Christine, I'm looking for a Lucy Russell, supposedly born 1798, who married Joseph Collins, born Ira, Rutland County,VT in 1796. Marriage possibly took place 1815 in Hoosick Falls, Rensselaer County, NY. Their daughter, Julia Arabella Collins was supposedly born 1816 in Whitingham, Windahm County, VT.
