I can't help with the other towns, but all the town records for Londonderry, VT are kept in the town hall. They have all the land records. (way back). The Londonderry Town Hall is in South Londonderry (all one town). I have checked the County office and there is very little. You may have the best luck at the State office or the local Churches.
