    1. Walter Charles KNIGHT/Charles W. KIMBALL 1859
    2. Ruth Barton
    3. I have found among the many books here a small (aprox. 3x5") book of poems by various authors titled "Forget-Me-Not" compiled by Mrs. LUNT and published in 1856. The handwritten inscription in the front says: Walter Charles KNIGHT from his teacher, Ever remember the happy hours we have passed together, lay up the good, throw by the Evil. Charles W. KIMBALL Feb. 26th 1859 There is also an embossing in the corner: W. FELTON, books, music, stationery, & fancy goods, Brattleboro, VT. This book is not in great shape, but it is not in horrible shape either, especially considering it is nearly 150 years old. If there are any descendants of either Mr. KNIGHT or Mr. KIMBALL out there who would like to have this book please let me know and I would be happy to send it to you. 1. a marriage record in 1838
    2. In the History of Rockingham County by Lyman S. Hayes on 797 page is the family of Wolfe. It says that James Young Wolf(e) born 1815 married 1838 Roxby Sanders. I always assumed they were married in Rockingham but when I look in the vital records of Rockingham (compilation includes the early church records). They are not there. I know she was probably living with her father in Essex County NY at the time of her birth and possibly her marriage. So would it be best to assume they were married in New York? I cannot find any records of the marriage.... went through the microfilm at the archives and didn't find her either. Does anyone have any ideas where to look next? Thanks, Jean Sanders

    1. Margaret Carmody Hart
    2. Does anyone have any ideas where I could look for my g-g-g-grandmother Margaret Carmody Hart's death record or tombstone? She may have been living with son Thomas Carmody in Springfield, VT and died between 1891 (signed an affidavit) and 1900 (not in any Census, not in St. Mary's Catholic church death records which start in 1901). I walked St. Mary's cemetery while visiting in New England and didn't find a tombstone, although I found Thomas'. He died in 1906. The Springfield town clerk didn't have anything. Margaret was born around 1818, probably in Liscannor, County Clare, Ireland. Maiden name Leyden. Middle name probably Mary. Michael Carmody was first husband, Daniel Hart second. In 1880 she and Daniel were living in Charlestown, NH where son John lived. John died in 1892. The catholic church there has no record of her death and neither she nor Daniel are in the cemetery. Robin in Maryland
