Hi all, I am new to this list but very interested in the areas above. My family names for this area are TOWNE, HEATH, CELLEY, BLANCHARD. My great grandmother was Viola TOWN(E) HEATH and she was born in the big house now owned by the Baileys in Woodbury Center. It was then the Towne Hotel. Dominco was originally from Italy and arrived at Ellis Island and was sponsored by his brother, Bruno when he arrived in this country (about 1906), along with a brother, Gueseppi, and a sister, Carmela that came to America together. Dominco died before 1938, as his wife, Alice Cardell Grenci remarried that year to a William C. White. I would like to find out if Alice Cardell and Dominco Grenci had any children together. The first five children born in Duxbury, Vt. and later children born in Lewis, New York. Jane was born in Duxbury as you know, Edward was born in 1845 in Lewis. Hezekiah also had a brother named Edward. They were the children of Robert Crossett, Jr. and Elizabeth Cady married Feb. 24, 1774. I`m not sure this helps but good luck.
