We have had no luck locating him since the 1880 census (MN) if anyone has any info it would be great I could give you an update on the Greenslitt side in the Pacific Northwest.

Nathaniel was born 1792 in Thornton, NH to Moses and Elizabeth (Libby) Wentworth. Betsy was born 27 Jun 1798 in Northwood/Woodstock, NH to James and Temperance (Knight) Edgerly. Nathaniel and Betsy moved to Middlesex, VT by 1840 and then for a period of time to Constable, NY. Nathaniel died 8 Jun 1864 in Worcester, VT. The Wentworth Genealogy says they had no children, but the 1840 census for Middlesex, VT shows the following children: 1 Male age 5-10 1 Male age 10-15 1 Female age 10-15 I'm descended from a Mary E. Wentworth b 18 Apr 1827 who married Eri Hill abt 1845. I believe she is the daughter of Nathaniel and Betsy Wentworth. Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Bob

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/1AC.2ACI/1804 Message Board Post: I'm happy to announce a new project, the Vermont Family Group Sheet (FGS) project. It's my privilege to be managing it, and I hope to be very busy adding family group sheets submitted by all of you. The URL for the page is http://www.rootsweb.com/~usfgs/vermont/ . I think you'll find the page easy to read and use, but if you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. The USFGS home page ( http://www.rootsweb.com/~usfgs/ ) links to all the states that have a family group project. I hope you'll take advantage of this new project. Those of us who have been working to bring it to Vermont are very excited about its possibilities. Any family group that lived in Vermont, even for a short time, can be posted. THE ONLY VERMONTANS WHO CANNOT BE POSTED ARE THOSE WHO ARE LIVING. Each family group sheet provides space for basic information about father, mother, and children; so if you only know about one family unit, you know enough to put the information up. If you know more, you can add more family group sheets: the father's parents and siblings, the mother's parents and siblings, the children's spouses and children, and on and on. If you've traced the family on into Kansas, Colorado, and Oregon, you can post your group sheet in those states as well as Vermont. But just one family sheet in one state can be enough to make new and exciting connections. We've prepared the pages and forms, added search engines and links, and now it's in your hands. Send in your family group sheets. One a day, one a week, whatever works for you. Tell your fellow researchers about the site. Talk about it at your next genealogical society meeting. Mention it in your emails. The more people hear about the site, the more contributions we're likely to get; and the more contributions we receive, the more valuable the project is going to be. I'll be waiting for your family to turn up in my mailbox! Ira and Hannah had eight children. There is also a Orpha Jacobs who married CWH Dwinell, however the article doesn't say who her parents were. other than that I can't find anything, Is it possible that she married in Marshfield and if she did what was her married name.
