I'm looking for birth information/parentage on my G grandfather, Charles LaPlant. He was born in Vermont in May, 1860 per the 1900 Whitehall, Wash, NY US census. Per same census, parents born in Canada. 1892 NYS Census: living in Hartford, Wash Co, NY 1900 through 1920 US censuses have him & Lydia living in Whitehall, Wash Co, NY Thanks for any info.
