This helps me alot. The Family history that I have for my Douglas line is:"A collection of Family Records-Douglas" by Charles Henry James Douglas, Pub. 1879. I have title page and preface concerning how he obtained his source info. I am hoping DAR accepts this, but I am still verifing with other documentation. I had assumed that if I started with myself and worked back to the Patriot, that the Patriot would be sourced. I sourced back and found out DAR has my Patriot, but there are questions. A#033626 and 033635 are my Grandfather's Patriot numbers and DAR has concerns with them in the comment section. I'll keep plugging along and I appreciate everyone's help.
