VT Elizabeth 10 Charles 3 Daniel 2 William 3/12 Also found in BRANDON, Rutland VT Charles Johnson 74 b. NH Abigail Johnson 69 b. Mass 1850 - Sudbury, Rutland. VT Charles A. Johnson 3 b. VT resides with Benj. (43) & Betsy (47) Carlisle/Carlish They also had another child, Marshall A. Brown, 1 yr residing with them. 1860 Census - BRANDON, Rutland, VT Moses Johnson 43 Farmer Lucretia Johnson 30 Charles C. 12 All b. VT Alice L. 5 Alice L. 1860 Census - Sudbury, Rutland , VT Peter Jester 33 b. VT Mary Jester 30 b. Ireland James 1 b. VT Charles Johnson 14 b. Thanks a zillion! I'm thinking it's the one in Clarendon, just need to verify somehow. I see this family in Bennington county in the 1860 census and it looks like Charles is back in Rutland county in 1870 (just seeing this with what ancestry.com will show w/o a subscription) Then in 1880 in Worcester, MA listed as Chas. P JOHNSON married/stair builder. I just need to connect Charles with parents William & Harriet so hope to find when they died so I can find an obit. Thanks again!!
