Greetings list - I'm new here - Tracing this SUMNER line from Middletown CT to Wells VT about 1778 - Parents of Ebenezer Sumner, Jr. born 1758 were Ebenezer and Persis Pease Sumner Parents of Ebenezer Sumner, Sr., born 1737 were William and Hannah Clark Sumner Hoping to find my ancestor Jonathan Sumner in this area also. They were cousins from Middletown CT. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. I've learned that some of the descendants went west to New York State.
