Ask your library and tell them the time period for the paper you need. Eventually the request will end up at the VT Dept. of Libraries, and the newspaper or a copy of the item will end up at your library. The newspapers are on microfilm. But don't expect a lot of information, as there weren't big lots of details submitted in those days. We extracted the relevant info when we did these extracts.
