Actually, I don't think the newspapers are available through LDS, although extracts by Dawn Hance and Joann Nichols are. There are a variety of libraries around the country that carry some or many of the various incarnations of the Rutland Daily and/or Weekly Herald. Some will even lend them on Interlibrary Loan if your city library has an interlibrary loan program. Following is a list of libraries that carry some or many of the Rutland Daily/Weekly Herald years. I've arranged them by state and put years available if they were given, though I'm not entirely sure the years available are complete or accurate.
