Source, Granville (N.Y.) Sentinel--Dec.31,1942. MISS BELLE WILLIS. Miss Belle Willis, formerly of Belcher,died Wednesday at the Vosburgh Nursing Home in Whitehall, N.Y. after a two years illness. She is survived by a brother, John Willis of Hartford,N.Y.; a niece, Miss Mildred Willis of Rutland, Vt., and four nephews, Leon Willis of East Saugerties, Floyd and Howard Willis of North Troy ,N.Y. and Rolland Willis of Hampton, N.Y. Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hartford Methodist church. The Rev. Claude Haley, officiating. Interment was in Belcher.
