Source, Rutland, Vt.Daily Herald--Tues.Sept. 11, 1951. FLORENCE, VT. Rites for Pfc.Robert E. McCullough, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene McCullough of Florence, who was killed in action in Korea, will take place today at 2 p.m. at Barnard Funeral home in Pittsford. The body , which arrived in Rutland yesterday afternoon was met at the railroad station by a color guard and honor guard comprised of members of Rutland chapter, No.7, Disabled American Veterans, representing the Rutland Veterans council. In the color guard were Lyle E. Hansen, Harold Shortsleeve, John Mulcahy and James Albano. In the honor guard were Gilbert Fuller, Edward Robinson, Albert Trepanier, Francis Trepanier, John Phalen, Harry Genovesi and Lawrence Littler. Mayor Dan J. Healy represented the city of Rutland. The escort accompanied the body to the funeral home. Military services will be conducted today by the Rutland Veterans council.
