Source, Rutland Vt.Daily Herald--Thur. Feb.18, 1926. EUGENE D. BARR, 71. Eugene D. barr, 71, died at 11:20 o'clock yesterday morning at his home in North Clarendon, Vt. Mr.Barr was born in Stockbridge ,Vt., July 1,1854. He received his eduction in the common schools of Vermont. He represented the town of Mount Holly, Vt. at Montpelier and served in various offices in Clarendon. Besides his wife, Mrs. Fanny E. Barr, he is survived by a son, Algernon S. Barr of Walla Walla, Wash., and by two daughters, Mrs. Lena Smith of Shrewsbury, Vt. and Mrs. Stella White of Clarendon, Vt. he also leaves nine grandchildren.
