Dickinson, 68, of Benson, Vt. died Saturday morning at the Rutland, Vt. hospital following a very short illness. He was serving as juror in Rutland (Vt) County court at the spring term, being at the courthouse Tuesday afternoon. He was born in West Haven, Vt., June 20, 1873, was in the clothing business at Middlebury, Vt. for many years but has spent the last 20 years in Benson,Vt. He was a member of Union lodge F.& A. M. Middlebury; Potter chapter, R.A.M., Middlebury Mt.Calvary Commandery, Knights Templar, Middlebury. He is survived by one daughter, Helen E. Dickinson of Milford,Conn., and three sons, John Quincy Dickinson, Minnesota, Benjamin H. Dickinson, Albany, N.Y., and Robert R. Dickinson, Ticonderoga, N.Y., one sister, Fannie Dickinson, Benson, Vt.; one brother, Charles Dickinson, North Dakota; one granddaughter and three grandsons. His wife, Jessie Pinney Dickinson died September 15, 1930. Funeral services will be held at the Congregational church, Benson, Vt.,Monday, March 24 at 2 o'clock. Masonic service will be held.
