Source, The Poultney Journal--Fri. Dec. 7, 1906. OUT OF TOWN NOTES. WALLINGFORD, Vt. Addie Patch, the 12 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Patch, died Friday after a painful illness of eight weeks with appendicitis. An operation was performed seven weeks ago and her condition since has been unfavorable. She was a pupil in the eighth grade of the village school, being a member of the grammar school B class. Besides her parents, she is survived by three brothers and four sisters, James C. Patch, Misses Minnie and Alice Patch, Mrs. Louis Seaver, Roy and Ruey Patch of this place and Mrs. Jay Fish of North Clarendon. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at the home on East street.
