I am looking for information on Jonathan & Deborah JONES , who resided in Benson , Rutland Co, VT in the late 1700's & early 1800's. Jonathan died in 1803 in Benson. The family migrated to Rutland County from Litchfield , CT around 1790 , along with the Sheldon GIBBS family. Jonathan & Deborah 's children were : William ( b. 21 July 1751 ) , Jonathan ( b. 14 July 1753 ) , Deborah ( b. 18 Dec 1755 ) , Reuben ( b. 29 Aug 1757 ) , Phinehas ( b. 20 Jan 1760 ) , Prudence ( b. 30 March 1762 ) , Charity ( b. 21 May 1764 ) , Mary ( b. 21 March 1768 ) , & Asa ( b. 13 Aug 1770 ). All children were born in Killingworth , Middlesex Co, CT . William married Tryphena ATWELL. Deborah m. Jabez CARTER . Phinehas married Hannah TURNER. Charity's husband was Comfort PETERS. And Mary was the wife of Sheldon GIBBS of Litchfield , CT. I am interested in finding Deborah's date of death & location of burial. As well as more about their life in Benson. Brenda
