The delegates chosen to represent the Vermont association are A. W. Higgins and E. C. Lewis of this town, A. O. Gates of Morrisville, C. S. Boyton of Brandon, and H. D. Jones of Burlington. Frank B. Kidder, of Rutland, left yesterday for Minneapolis, Minn., where he is to have charge of the cutting department in the "Boston Clothing Store." This is the same store in which Mr. Charles S.
