Source, Rutland (Vt) Daily Herald--Wed.Dec. 27,1967. MRS. PERCY STAFFORD. CHIPPENHOOK--Mrs. Blanche (Hayes) Stafford died Dec. 20, in Hialeah, Fla. Mrs. Stafford was born in Clarendon, Vt. Sept.13, 1892, daughter of John F. Hayes and Mary (Lambert) Hayes. She married Percy R. Stafford of Clarendon , now deceased, and for 15 years lived with her son, Charles R. Stafford, in Hialeah, Fla. Survivors besides her son are two grandchildren, three brothers, Walter H. Hayes of Boynton Beach, Fla., Lyman E. of Center Rutland, Vt., and John L. of Woodstock, Vt.
