Source, Rutland Daily Herald--Tues. Nov. 15, 1938. HATTIE BERRY PEABODY. PITTSFORD, Vt., Nov. 14--Hattie Berry Peabody, 78, wife of Henry Holt Peabody, died at her home here early this morning. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the house. Mrs. Peabody was born at North Easton, Mass., August 24, 1860. She first came to Pittsford 60 years to teach in the old Hudson district school. She is survived by her husband, Henry Holt Peabody, a daughter , Mrs. F. J. Plimpton of Harrison, N. Y., two sons, J. Holt Peabody of Brandon and George H. Peabody of Mount Holly, N. J. ; also two sisters, Mrs. H. S. Dowden of Sandwich, Mass., and Mrs. John M. Williams of North Easton, Mass. A son , Daniel P.
