Reason that my Robert Thomas is'nt listed is because he'd only been in the US for about a year, so he wouldnt have been listed in 1881-82. As you say you've only access to this Directory, so thank you for looking this up. Maybe someone has the 1883-84 Directory, and could be listed in that. Thank you.
