But I believe I was looking at a different death year. I did not find it. How did you find out about his death, date of death verified? Do you know the name of the railroad? There was government oversight of the railroads at this time, and much earlier. I have copies of some old reports that show the reports included accidents resulting in deaths, in injuries, in damages. We may be able to locate information from one of the RR reports.
