    2. C &P Railroad = Clarendon and Pittsford Railroad, the old Vermont Marble Co. Line used to haul the company's product around the various quarries and mills in the marble region. The name is currently used by some of the Vermont Railway engines and cars. I assume they bought out the company years ago and for whatever reason still use the name. pjp
