Dear Cindy, Thank you so much! That would be great news if you could find them! The location of his burial site was in a booklet of the History of Middletown, VT. that I obtained by snail-mail many years ago from the Middletown Springs Historical Society. I am compiling a family history album of my Fillmore lineage for my children and grandchildren and would like to include photo's of their burial sites, etc. I found photos of Luther's father, Captain John Fillmore and mother Dorcas Day Fillmore's gravestones in Franklin, CT., on _www.findagrave.com_ (http://www.findagrave.com) . Luther Fillmore's wife, Eunice Haskins Fillmore moved to Jefferson County, NY., with her son Ethni Fillmore in 1816, where she died in 1824. I am directly descended thru Ethni Fillmore. Again, many thanks for any help you may offer! Julia In a message dated 6/9/2009 10:09:35 A.M. Hello, everyone, Captain David Galusha (1748-1804) married Charity Lathrop of CT in 1773. They moved to Shaftsbury where Charity bore two children: Gershom (b. 1774) and Mary (b. 1776). Charity (Lathrop) Galusha died in 1777 and after that David married his cousin, Rhoda Galusha. >From what Ive been able to find, Gershom Galusha made his way to VA where he died in 1806. Beyond that I know nothing about him. Did he marry and have children? I descend from Mary Galusha, Gershoms sister. She married Isaac Smith (b. in Lanesborough, MA) and they lived in Vergennes, VT. I have only a little info on four of their children, but have not been able to find when she died and where she and husband, Isaac, were buried. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks! Susan
