Otter Creek flows through the township of Clarendon . I have been wondering if there was once a little collection of settlers along one area of the Creek, and that spot became a sort of hamlet, and was also called by the name Otter Creek.... The references I have seen to Otter Creek are (I believe) in History of Rutland County, online at www.archive.org Ralph, none of your names or locations are connected my Smiths, as far as I know.
