I have received a certified birth certificate from the State of Vermont and one of the pieces of information puzzles me. I am hoping that someone on the list can help me out. Full name of the father is there and correct Residence is listed as 128 Lexington Ave. followed by color and age Immediately following is Birthplace (city or place). The word Hayman (which has been underlined) has been typed there. On the same line - midway is (State or Country). Typed in just above those words is "Albany". Typed in following "State or Country" is N.Y. Can anybody tell me what Hayman refers to? Shirley aumbre@earthlink.net
